Day 153 (6/2/11) - Leg Lifts

Who needs P90X when you can do leg lifts with 30 pound weights?!  It's a full body workout trying to balance the constantly shifting weight as the boys wiggle and squirm.  Since this picture was taken, the exercise has evolved into balancing both boys at the same time (one per leg) and the boys no longer holding Daddy's hands for support (which makes for one nervous mommy!).  Their dismount technique needs some work though, since it basically involves letting the boys face plant into the sofa!
